To request a return in the United States

Any clothing item purchased on Ameera is eligible for returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Home ware and accessories are not eligible for return.

1. Contact info@ameerahammouda.com with your order number and return reason

2. A complimentary pre-paid return label will be e-mailed to you 

3. Affix the label and drop off the package with the return items

Exchanges are made following the same steps above. 

After 14 days of delivery, no refunds or exchanges are accepted.
