Day of Arafah Dua Pocketbook: Five Duas to Recite Now and Often

Every year two million Muslims gather on mount Arafah to worship, repent and supplicate.

day of Arafah dua and mount Arafah

The day of Arafah recurs annually on the 9th day of Dhul Hijah. Dhul Hijah is the last month of the Islamic calendar. When is Arafah this year?

Arafah is on Friday July 8th, 2022.

This 9th day of Dhul Hijah concludes the Hajj pilgrimage and is considered the holiest day of the year for Muslims to fast and supplicate. Fasting this day expiates the sins of the prior and succeeding year.

You do not want to miss out on making the five day of Arafah duas below. Save them, share them and may the blessings be ever in your favor our friend.

Day of Arafah Dua #1

Laa ilaaha ill-allaahu, waḥdahu laa shareeka lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu, wa huwa ‛alaa kulli shay’in qadeer

None has the right to be worshiped except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs sovereignty and all praise and He is over all things omnipotent.

Glory be to Allah, and all praise is due to Him (free of imperfection)

Prophet Mohammed pbuh said “There are two statements that are light for the tongue and heavy for the scales and are dear to the Merciful: `Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhan-Allahil-Azeem.

Tasbeeh: SubhanAllah (Glory be to Allah)

Day of Arafah Dua #4

Astaghfirullaha wa atubu ilaihi

I seek forgiveness from Allah and repent to Him

Day of Arafah Dua #5

Because this is a day built for worship, make sure to supplicate for whatever is on your mind. We recommend making a list of all your hopes and dreams for you, your family, friends, and any one else important to you.

Make sure to supplicate for everything on the list and anything else that comes to mind. The day of Arafah dua should also be accompanied by plenty of repentance and dhikr.

“The day of Arafah is the most excellent day on which the sun has ever arisen.” – Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)
